This adorable dress is made out of sunflower-print cotton. It has a full tiered skirt, great for twirling. The neck/shoulders have elastic, creating ruffles on the shoulders. There are ties in back for an adjustable fit.
This dress is available in children's sizes 2-8. If you'd like it in a different size, please send me a message and I can make you one.
