This hand-smocked sundress is made out of coordinating red and blue flowered cotton prints. The front bodice panel is smocked and bordered with piping. A ruffle goes all the way around the upper edge. The shoulder ties are adjustable, and the back buttons up. A trio of ruffled flowers adorns the bodice.
This dress is a size 3 and will fit a child with an approximate chest measurement of 22". The dress measures 22 1/2" from top of upper ruffle to bottom edge of hem.
