You'll have the best-dressed baby on the block with this adorable cotton smocked dress. The bodice front is hand-smocked, with piping on the collar, sleeves, and bodice. There are two rows of ruffles that go all the way around the bottom, and two more rows that are only on the back and peek through the upper skirt. Two flower buttons close up the back.
This dress is one-of-a-kind in a size 2T. It will fit a toddler with approximate chest measurement of 21". The total length from shoulder to hem is 20". It is made of cotton prints and be washed in cold water.
